Shipping FAQ

How can I track my Purchase? 
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a carrier details with a link to their tracking reference number.  Your address is printed onto the packaging and lodged by us personally with your carrier. 

How will my order be shipped? 
All items are shiped using Australia Post eParcel. You can track your purchase by entering the consignment number we provide you at the following link;
auspost.com.au/track/

Special postage handling is required for aerosol and/or perfume products which must be sent by ground transportation only. We regret that we are unable to send these items using Express Post, or to any destination that requires transportation by air, including internationally. These items may take longer than estimated to reach you.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail or I haven't recieved it? 
If you do not receive your purchase in a timely manner please check Australia Post Tracking where you will get an update of the delivery status.  If your item appears to be missing, please contact us at aushb@yahoo.com.au.  We will initiate an enquiry with Australia Post to determine the status of your item. Please allow at least 14 working days for the investigation to take place.

What happens if an item is missing from my order? 
If in the rare chance an item is missing from your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item? 
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us at aushb@yahoo.com.au straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item. 

Do you deliver to PO Box Address? 
We can deliver to any verified PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally. 

Can you deliver to my work address? 
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work and we recommend this because most deliveries take place during normal business hours. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Do you Ship Overseas?
Yes, we ship certain items overseas and the shipping rate is calculated and added to your purchase upon checkout.  


It should be noted that the buyer is responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes, levies and import charges imposed by governments in their home country. Overseas buyers should also be aware of any customs, import and sales regulations of items in their home countries. Skincare Australia will take no responsibility for the payment of any import related charges paid by the buyer.
